Your privacy matters to us

• Your TRON wallet address — needed to build your transaction and send your TRX. It is already public on the TRON blockchain.
• On-chain transaction data — swaps are recorded on the public TRON blockchain, which is permanent and outside our control.
• Technical security data — our traffic runs through Cloudflare for security and DDoS protection, which involves processing connection data such as IP addresses. We do not use this to identify you or link it to your wallet.

We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, IDs, or location data, and we do not require an account.

• No third-party analytics or ad trackers.
• No selling or sharing your data for marketing.
• We never ask for or store your private keys or seed phrase, and can never access your wallet. No legitimate service will ever ask for your seed phrase.

Completing a swap involves the public TRON blockchain, a third-party TRON energy provider (your address is shared only to delegate the network resources needed for your transfer), and Cloudflare (security infrastructure). We share only what is strictly necessary to complete your swap.

We keep minimal swap records (order status, wallet address, transaction hashes) for 7 days, then delete them. Blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone.

Under laws such as UK/EU GDPR or CCPA you may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data. As we only hold wallet addresses and transaction records, the data linkable to you is minimal. We cannot alter data already on the public blockchain.

All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Swaps run automatically; we never take custody of funds or access your keys. We apply rate limiting and other safeguards against abuse.
